Job Specification
•Manage scheduling for Chairs and Leads
•Draft, review and send communications on behalf of the Chairs and Leads
•Organize and prepare for meetings including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings
•Prepare power point presentation for the Chairs and Leads
•Plan, prioritize international, domestic travel and meeting schedules for the Committee members as per their requirements.
•Drafting minutes, tracking deadlines and managing reminders Recordkeeping of various communications and roles for institutionalization Co-ordinating with various Practice areas
•Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations handling our internal proprietary databases to help partner to address business associate’s queries

✓Excellent communication, present ability and interpersonal skills,
✓MBA/Post graduate from two to three Tier College
✓Technology friendly and be able to execute requirements in tighter timelines
✓Excellent PPT & Excel skills
✓Candidates with exposure to MS SharePoint are preferred
✓Candidates who know shorthand will be preferred
✓Logical thinking and geographical understanding of international places
✓To be available as per business requirement
