Freshers or Atleast 1 year experience in recruitment with some reputed recruitment consultant.
Work Details & Responsibilities
ï¬ End to end recruitment: Sourcing, Staffing, scoping and on boarding candidates.
ï¬ Sourcing of candidates via internet postings, networking, headhunting and internal Database
ï¬ Effectively using personal network, built up database, digital platforms and referrals for reaching passive prospective candidates
ï¬ Conducting preliminary Interviews, telephonic Interviews and short listing candidates
ï¬ Arranging interviews for shortlisted candidates
ï¬ Continuous efforts to ensure the talent pool data is updated timely
ï¬ Effectively built relationship with Employees.
ï¬ Must be enthusiastic and initiator
Skills required:
Good communications skill in English and Hindi
Gender (Male/Female) Any.
