Post:- HR talent Acquisition
Vacancy:- 5
Total exp:- 0 to 5yrs
CTC:- Upto 40k per month
Location:- Alpha Plaza Alpha 1, Greater Noida
Notice period:- Immediate Joiner Prefer (30days will be negotiate)
Job Requirements:-
1.Candidate should match following parameters/Conditions
2.Candidate must be from Greater Noida. Candidate must be living within 10 Km of Office.
3.Candidates having experience in recruitment with some recruitment consultant.
4.Must have own laptop and smart phone
Job Responsibilities:-
ï¬ï¬End to end recruitment: Sourcing, Staffing, scoping and on boarding candidates.
ï¬ï¬Sourcing of candidates via internet postings, networking, headhunting and internal Database
ï¬ï¬Effectively using personal network, built up database, digital platforms and referrals for reaching
ï¬passive prospective candidates
ï¬ï¬Conducting preliminary Interviews, telephonic Interviews and short listing candidates
ï¬ï¬Arranging interviews for shortlisted candidates
ï¬ï¬Continuous efforts to ensure the talent pool data is updated timely
ï¬ï¬Effectively built relationship with Employees.
ï¬ï¬Must be enthusiastic and initiator
